Kaisar has 16 years of experience in the mining industry. From 2006 to 2015, he worked in major investment companies in Kazakhstan, as well as in various structures of the country's government. During this period, he implemented important government initiatives on mineral extraction and cooperation with international companies.

Since 2015, he has been the CEO and founder of the Aurora Minerals Group, a leading mineral exploration service company providing a full range of high-quality, professional, and innovative services in Kazakhstan and Central Asia. These services include all types of ground and airborne geophysical surveys, drilling operations, geological and legal support. Aurora Minerals Group has four subsidiary companies: Nova Drilling, Aurora Quest Services Ltd., Aurora Geophysics Limited, and Aurora GeoLabs Limited.
