To enter Kazakhstan, you must have valid vaccination proof

According to the Resolution of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 27 of 07.06.2022 (see link), from June 8, 2022, when entering Kazakhstan through all border crossing points, the mandatory requirement for citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreigners to present documentary evidence of vaccination or revaccination against COVID-19 (passport/certificate/certificate of vaccination against COVID-19) is CANCELLED, and in their absence, a certificate with a negative test result for COVID-19 COVID-19 by PCR.

Foreign citizens must fill out the ``Notice of Stay of a Foreigner`` on the Visa and Migration Portal of the Republic of Kazakhstan https://vmp.gov.kz/en/ within 3 working days from the date of arrival.

EAEU countries citizens

Attention to citizens of the EAEU countries!

From January 27, 2023, citizens of the EAEU countries (Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Russia) can stay in Kazakhstan no more than 90 days within 180 days from the date of crossing the border. Citizens of other countries who can arrive in Kazakhstan without a visa - no more than 30 days, but also a total of a maximum of 90 days per 180 days.

This rule does not apply to those who arrived in Kazakhstan on a visa, since for them the legal period of stay ends with the expiration of the visa, as well as to those who are in the country based on a temporary residence permit or a residence permit.
