Fuad Asadov is the CEO of OPEREX, the exclusive representative of 5DT (FIFTH DIMENSION TECHNOLOGIES) in the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2004, he graduated from the Moscow State University of Railway Engineering with a degree in Robots and Robotic Systems. He started his career in the mining industry in 2005 by joining one of the private Russian companies as a lead engineer for the development of powered roof supports for longwall systems. He has worked in senior positions at leading international companies such as General Electric, Sandvik, SSAB and ThoroughTec Simulation. Since August 2021, he has been responsible for the strategy and business development of OPEREX in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Intensive training of mining equipment operators on high-tech modular simulators
The report is devoted to the latest technologies and methods of professional training of mining workforce on the basis of high-tech modular simulators. The creation of advanced multidisciplinary training centers at mine sites for intensive training of mining equipment operators allows not only to reduce operating costs, improve operating culture, achieve maximum return on capital investments, but also gain flexibility in managing production processes. During the report, a successfully implemented project with one of the largest mining companies in the Republic of Kazakhstan will be demonstrated.
