Chingiz Sadykov was born in 1986 in Almaty. Graduated from KazNTU named after. Satpaev, in 2008 with a degree in Geodesy and Cartography. In 2009, he co-founded Geo-Alidada. In 2017, Alidada was recognized as an industry leader.

Nowadays, Chingiz Sadykov manages Alidada for 14 years, and has developed the company to No. 1 in Kazakhstan in the field of engineering surveys. Alidada also provides topographic and geodetic works, engineering and geological surveys, laboratory testing of soils, core drilling for the search and exploration of minerals.
