Vitaly holds a graduate degree in electromechanical engineering from Zheskazgan State University (2004).
He started his professional experience as an electrical engineering technician and later in 2014 joined CAML at Kounrad Copper Company as Lead Instrumentation engineer.
In 2018-2021 Vitaly worked as Chief Engineer at CAML's Kounrad SX-EW Plant and since 2021 holds there a position of Technical Director, encompassing all aspects of technical and production management of the company.
