Ilya is a Deputy Director for the Transformation of the Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company. In 2009 he graduated from the Siberian Aerospace University. He began his career in the mining and metallurgical industry in 2010. Worked in senior positions at Polyus, Uralchem, Krastsvetmet, RFood Invest (a private equity and venture investment fund, a subsidiary of PJSC Uralkali). In May 2021, he is responsible for the investment direction of UMMC.
