Born on October 25, 1983, in the Zhambyl region. In 2004 he graduated from the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi, a specialist in international economic relations. In 2009 he graduated from the magistracy of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
