National Association for Subsoil Expertise
The association of organizations in the field of subsoil use "National Association for the Expertise of Subsoil" was established in 2004 by the largest organizations in the field of subsoil use, such as: FBU "GKZ"; PJSC "Surgutneftegaz"; JSC "Lebedinsky GOK"; JSC "Alrosa" (PJSC); JSC "UMMC"; LLC "EVRAZ"; PJSC "Lukoil"; PJSC "Gazprom Neft", JSC "Polymetal UK".
The goal of JSC NAEN is to form a community of professional participants in expert activities, generalize best practices and disseminate knowledge and innovations in the field of geological study of subsoil, field development and processing of PI for the purpose of rational and integrated use of mineral raw materials.
The Association positions itself as a methodological partner of the state and subsoil users in the field of subsoil expertise, participating in the development of balanced decisions in the field of geological study and subsoil use expertise; center of key competencies in the field of subsoil expertise; a center for the accumulation and dissemination of scientific knowledge in the field of subsoil use.
The main activities are:
participation in the development and implementation of rules, standards, methodological and technological requirements in the field of exploration, study, evaluation of reserves and development of mineral deposits;
organization and holding of conferences, seminars and webinars;
publication of the scientific and technical journal "Subsoil Use XXI Century", accredited by the Higher Attestation Commission;
providing professional opinions and advice on topical issues of subsoil use;
legal support for subsoil users and service companies at all stages of the life cycle of a subsoil use project;
advising companies on selecting bona fide service companies and evaluating investment projects;
work as part of the Interdepartmental Working Group to resolve outstanding issues related to the transition to a new Classification of reserves and resources of oil and combustible gases;
participation in the work of the Council of the Project Office for the Development of the Arctic;
member of the working group of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), which conducts its work with the participation of the Business Council of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and business associations of the Union countries;
participation in the development of the classification of solid minerals and the current classification of hydrocarbons;
participation in the working group under the State Duma to consider and finalize legislative initiatives aimed at improving the law of the Russian Federation of February 21, 1992 No. 2395-1 “On subsoil”, including in matters of geological exploration and subsoil use;
development of an independent mining audit system as an element of the system for regulating subsoil use and increasing the reliability of reserves and resources recorded in the state balance sheet of the Russian Federation. A cooperation agreement was signed with the SRO of auditors, the Sodruzhestvo Association.
JSC "National Association for the Expertise of Subsoil" has developed the Russian Code of Public Reporting "Code "NAEN", recognized and included in the CRIRSCO family. The Code is recognized by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
