Mineral Processing
In our laboratories; mineral processing studies for ores, industrial raw materials and coals by gravity (Jig, Shaking Table, etc.), flotation, magnetic separation and hydrometallurgy as well as activities for utilization of ore wastes, resolution of currently working mines and mineral processing facilities problems and performance developing studies aiming to revision are conducted. Liberated particle size, methods and equipment selection, optimum grade-performance distribution, determination and optimization of process reagents, reagents consumption (in flotation and hydrometallurgy studies), thickener design based on settling tests and other mineral processing and R&D studies are conducted.
Analysis Laboratory
In our mining analysis laboratory, the analysis of more than 60 elements can be quantitatively performed together with ICP, AAS, XRF, XRD, LECO, Volumetric-Gravimetric analysis methods, analysis of gold, silver and platinum group of elements by Fire Assay is implemented according to international standards. Our company is satisfying the demand of the sector by providing analysis packages formed considering the international mineral norms and geochemical analysis, exploration analysis, export and import sample analysis as well as analysis made as per customer requests.
